REALGINE SOLUTION / support

Product Support & Guidance

Give customers and service teams a visual path through components, setup steps, and approved maintenance guidance.

SOLUTION SCOPE / 01

Make setup and maintenance easier to follow.

Explain product components, setup, and maintenance steps with visual guidance built around approved support information.

FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SERVICE TEAMS

Help someone find the part before explaining the task.

A service experience can show where an equipment component sits and connect it to the manufacturer’s approved setup or maintenance information.

One approved support reference
  1. 01

    Identify

Locate the relevant component within the complete product.

  2. 02

    Understand

Read the approved guidance in the context of the part.

PRODUCT REALITY / 02

Connect the product question to the right guidance.

We define which questions the experience should answer, which source documents apply, and where a user goes when they need more help.

  1. 01

    Review

Identify recurring product questions, component names, approved procedures, and the intended service audience.

  2. 02

    Build

Prepare component views and the agreed guidance, references, and escalation links for review by your team.

  3. 03

    Operate

Host the approved experience and check content changes against product revisions and support requirements.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE / 03

Support information with product context.

A visual companion to your support materials—not an unverified replacement for them.

Recognizable components.

Prepared part names and views that help users identify what an instruction is referring to.

Approved guidance.

The agreed setup and maintenance explanations, connected to the appropriate product states and references.

A clear handoff.

Links to the agreed documentation or support destination, with hosted delivery and scoped update support.

Asset preparation, one-time setup, and ongoing service are scoped separately. Deliverables, product capacity, and update allowances are agreed before work begins.

Choose the depth of guidance your users need.

Finding a component and demonstrating a service sequence are different levels of work.

IDENTIFY & EXPLAIN

Make the right detail easier to find.

  • Prepared-part selection and highlighting start with Viewer Essentials.
  • Launch can add guided product explanations within scope.
  • Source manuals, terminology, and product revisions need content-owner approval.

DEEPER SERVICE CONTEXT

Show the relevant product states.

  • Advanced supports scoped motion, isolation, and exploded presentations.
  • Commercial can extend guidance across product families and versions.
  • Ticketing connections, parts ordering, and private service portals require separate integration scope.

REALGINE does not diagnose equipment faults, certify a repair, or replace manufacturer safety instructions. Support outcomes are not guaranteed.

BEFORE YOU START / 04

A few practical answers.

What this solution includes, what needs its own scope, and how to plan the next step.

Can it help users identify replacement parts?

The experience can identify prepared components using approved names and information. Linking those components to an orderable part, compatibility rule, stock level, or purchase flow requires verified product data and separately scoped integration.

Does REALGINE generate repair instructions?

No automatic repair guidance is assumed. Your team provides or approves the procedures, permitted actions, and safety information. A visual or exploded presentation must not be treated as a validated repair sequence unless that content has been separately reviewed and approved.

Can this work with our help center?

A supported embed or direct link can be scoped for your help center or documentation site. Help-desk APIs, ticket creation, identity, and private service access are additional requirements to evaluate, not default features.

How do we handle different product revisions?

We agree the relevant products, revision references, and guidance for each experience. New revisions and compatibility changes are checked through the approved update process; product-family coverage and recurring maintenance follow your plan.
