REALGINE SOLUTION / deployment

Hosted Deployment & Updates

Move a reviewed experience into its agreed destination and maintain it through scoped updates, quality checks, and ongoing support.

SOLUTION SCOPE / 01

Keep approved product experiences live and current.

Publish through website embeds, direct links, presentations, and scoped private environments, with continuing updates and quality checks.

FOR WEB, DIGITAL & PRODUCT OPERATIONS TEAMS

One approved experience. An agreed place to publish it.

A reviewed product experience can be delivered through a supported website placement or direct link, with an operating plan for future changes.

PRODUCT REALITY / 02

Agree the destination. Then manage the release.

Publishing includes more than placing a file online: platform fit, approvals, target-device checks, ownership, and support all need a clear scope.

Confirm the approved product release, website platform, placement, target devices, and access requirements.

  2. 02

    Build

Configure the supported embed or hosted destination, coordinate installation, and test the agreed experience.

  3. 03

    Operate

Maintain hosting and scoped support, review change requests, and QA approved updates before publishing.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE / 03

Live product experiences. Managed beyond launch.

A supported publishing route and an operating agreement for what happens after the first release.

An agreed deployment.

A supported website embed or hosted destination, configured for the approved product and placement.

A checked release.

Viewer QA against the agreed browsers, devices, content, and interaction scope before publication.

Ongoing operations.

Managed hosting, reporting, support, and approved update work according to the selected plan and agreement.

Asset preparation, one-time setup, and ongoing service are scoped separately. Deliverables, product capacity, and update allowances are agreed before work begins.

Separate launch work from ongoing service.

The destination count, update needs, and access requirements determine the operating scope.

A FIRST HOSTED VIEWER

Publish one approved product.

  • Viewer Essentials includes one approved web-ready model and one supported embed destination.
  • Managed hosting, basic reporting, and limited technical support are included in that scope.
  • Model preparation and content changes are quoted separately.

BROADER OPERATIONS

Manage more destinations and change.

  • Launch, Advanced, and Commercial offer different interaction and operational scopes.
  • Additional products, destinations, and updates must fit the agreed plan.
  • Private environments, custom integrations, and service commitments require Enterprise scoping.

No universal device compatibility, uptime guarantee, self-hosted package, or unlimited update allowance is implied. See the installation guide for supported delivery paths.

BEFORE YOU START / 04

A few practical answers.

What this solution includes, what needs its own scope, and how to plan the next step.

Who hosts the product experience?

REALGINE hosts the approved viewer and product system. Your website can embed it or link to the agreed hosted experience. The commercial agreement defines the destination, continuing service, and responsibilities for your website’s own code and hosting.

Can our web team install it?

Yes. Your team can follow the supported installation path for the agreed platform, or REALGINE can scope deployment assistance. Platform restrictions, consent requirements, page placement, and testing responsibilities are confirmed before release.

What is included in ongoing updates?

It depends on the plan and written scope. Viewer Essentials provides limited technical support, with content changes quoted separately. Broader engagements can include approved operational updates, QA, and version management; new products, features, or destinations may be additional work.

Can we use private hosting or require an SLA?

Private environments, access controls, integrations, and formal availability or response commitments need enterprise evaluation and an explicit agreement. They are not standard promises for every viewer plan. Do not share confidential assets until an approved transfer and review process is arranged.
