Privacy Policy.
REALGINE, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“REALGINE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes how REALGINE collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information associated with its public site and services.
Effective September 4, 2026
Scope and controller identity
This Privacy Policy explains how REALGINE, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“REALGINE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with its public website, Request Review, Client Access, hosted product experiences, viewer systems, and related services. REALGINE generally acts as the controller of the personal information described here. Where a signed commercial agreement requires REALGINE to process personal information solely on a customer’s documented instructions, the parties’ roles are governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with REALGINE, we may collect names, business email addresses, organizations, and professional contact information; account and authentication identifiers; account status, role, and approved memberships; project, product, asset, specification, file, approval, and delivery information; communications, inquiries, support requests, and Request Review submissions; selected plan, setup scope, subscription cadence, invoices, transaction status, and billing history; device, browser, diagnostic, security, log, and usage information; and cookies or locally stored preferences. We do not use this policy to claim collection of categories that are not relevant to the services.
Sources of information
Information may come directly from users; from their employers, organizations, or authorized administrators; from browsers and devices; from authentication, hosting, storage, communications, operational, and payment providers; and from public or customer-provided product sources when needed for an engagement.
How we use information
We may use personal information to provide and secure services; authenticate users and enforce authorization; operate projects, viewers, hosting, and deliverables; respond to inquiries and support requests; prepare proposals and administer commercial relationships; administer billing and transactions; prevent abuse and diagnose failures; comply with law and enforce agreements; and improve the services using information where that use is permitted and appropriate.
Legal bases
Where European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, REALGINE relies on one or more legal bases appropriate to the activity: performance of a contract; steps requested before entering a contract; legitimate interests such as securing, operating, supporting, and improving business services; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required. The legal basis and available rights can vary with the context. This statement does not claim that every privacy law applies to every REALGINE activity or that REALGINE holds a particular privacy certification.
Payments
REALGINE may process billing-contact information, selected plan, setup scope, subscription cadence, invoices, transaction status, and payment history. If electronic payments are enabled, a third-party payment processor may collect payment credentials directly. REALGINE generally receives transaction and billing-status information rather than complete payment-card details. Payment information may be used for commercial administration, billing, accounting, collection, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance.
Disclosures and service providers
REALGINE may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to providers that support hosting and application delivery, database and authentication, file storage, transactional communications, payment processing where enabled, analytics if enabled, and other contracted operations. Current infrastructure includes Netlify for application hosting and delivery, Supabase for database and authentication services, and Resend for transactional communications. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and parties involved in a financing, acquisition, restructuring, merger, or asset transaction, subject to applicable protections. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable contractual arrangements.
Sale and behavioral advertising
REALGINE does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement describes current practices and does not make a broader promise about activities not addressed by applicable law. If those practices materially change, REALGINE will update this policy and provide choices required by applicable law.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies and browser technologies support authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, and core functionality. They cannot be disabled through the optional preference control. Optional analytics remain disabled unless enabled, and no optional analytics scripts are currently loaded. Available browser choices can be managed through Cookie Settings below.
Retention
REALGINE retains information for the duration of the relevant relationship and as reasonably necessary to provide services and contracted deliverables, protect security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, administer accounting and legal obligations, and enforce agreements. The duration depends on the information’s nature and sensitivity, operational need, contractual commitments, and applicable law. A deletion request or account deletion may not immediately remove limited records maintained in backups or retained for security, contractual, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes.
Security
REALGINE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and authentication and authorization measures appropriate to the services. No system is completely secure, and REALGINE does not guarantee absolute security or claim an unverified security or compliance certification.
International processing
Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where REALGINE or its service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, REALGINE will use a legally recognized transfer basis or other required protection. REALGINE does not claim participation in a specific transfer framework unless that participation has been verified.
Individual privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; appeal a decision; or complain to an appropriate regulator. REALGINE may need to verify identity and authority before acting on a request, and legal or contractual exceptions may apply. Requests can be initiated through the REALGINE Request Review contact path.
United States state disclosures
Residents of California and other states may have rights under applicable law to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion or portability, and opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or profiling activities. These rights apply only where the relevant law applies and remain subject to its exceptions. The categories of information, sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described in this policy. REALGINE does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising and will not discriminate unlawfully because an individual exercises an applicable privacy right.
Children
REALGINE’s business and professional services are not directed to anyone under 18, and REALGINE does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through these services. A parent, guardian, or other authorized person who believes a child provided personal information may use the contact path below to request review and deletion where appropriate.
Third-party services and links
The services may link to or interoperate with independent websites, platforms, identity providers, payment providers, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and REALGINE is not responsible for their independent practices.
Corporate and legal disclosures
REALGINE may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce agreements, protect rights and security, investigate abuse, or support a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer. Any such disclosure remains subject to applicable legal and contractual protections.
Changes to this policy
REALGINE may update this policy as the services and legal requirements evolve. The revised policy will show a new effective date, and REALGINE will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively, and additional consent will be obtained where legally required.
Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be initiated through the REALGINE Request Review contact path. Contract-specific notices may follow the applicable signed commercial agreement. REALGINE does not publish a physical contact address through this policy.
