Getting started
01What is REALGINE?+
REALGINE is the Product Reality Engine for physical products. It turns approved product assets and information into guided experiences for commerce, sales, technical review, training, support, and spatial deployment.
02Who is REALGINE built for?+
REALGINE is designed for products that must be inspected, demonstrated, configured, installed, trained on, or explained before a decision is made—especially robotics, machinery, complex hardware, medical products, and premium product families.
03How do I start?+
Send an initial product inquiry with the product URL, what people need to understand, and which assets are available. No payment or file upload is required for the first request. Any paid assessment is agreed separately. REALGINE will assess fit, readiness, and the recommended path.
04What is Reality Review, and is it included in my inquiry?+
Reality Review is a paid product assessment, not the initial inquiry or a viewer subscription. It provides asset, complexity, deployment, and quote direction. Its price and scope are agreed before work begins; a completed viewer build is scoped separately.
Assets and scope
01Which product assets can REALGINE assess?+
Existing CAD, GLB or glTF files, renders, photography, video, specifications, movement references, and variant data can be assessed. The review determines what is usable and what preparation is still needed.
02Do I need a finished GLB before requesting a review?+
Not necessarily. A finished GLB is not required for the initial review. REALGINE can evaluate the available source material and define the appropriate preparation path after inspection.
03Can private or NDA product material be reviewed?+
Private review, NDA workflows, stakeholder-safe access, and formal security requirements can be evaluated during enterprise scoping. Do not send sensitive assets through a public form until an approved handoff is established.
04How is pricing determined?+
Pricing depends on product complexity, asset readiness, SKU and variant structure, movement, materials, deployment environment, and support needs. Public ranges are indicative; the applicable commercial agreement defines final scope and price.
Delivery and operations
01Where can a viewer be deployed?+
REALGINE supports hosted website, commerce, and direct-link workflows. See the Knowledge Base for current supported platforms and placement instructions.
02Who hosts and maintains the viewer?+
REALGINE hosts the approved viewer and product system. Depending on the selected plan and written scope, continuing service can include hosting, QA, approved updates, version management, support, and expansion planning.
03Can we start with one product and expand later?+
Yes. A focused hero product can establish the system first. Related variants, product families, catalog engines, and enterprise workflows can be scoped after the initial experience is proven.
Support and access
01How do existing clients request help or changes?+
Sign in to Client Access and open the project's Support or Review & updates area. For a general or deployment question, email hello@realgine.com.
02Where can I check service status?+
REALGINE does not currently publish a live public status dashboard. If a hosted viewer or Client Access page appears unavailable, contact hello@realgine.com and include the viewer URL or project name. Contract-specific availability and response commitments follow the applicable agreement.
03Where are the legal and privacy policies?+
Read the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and cookie settings from the Legal and Policies links. Project-specific commitments are defined in the applicable commercial agreement.
