PRODUCT INFORMATION / RESPONSIBLE HANDLING

Know what you’re sharing.
Know what to ask.

Your product assets. Your ownership.

You retain ownership of the models, drawings, images, and other materials you provide. We use those materials to deliver the work described in your agreement and our Terms. The project agreement sets out ownership and delivery of any work we create for you.

Read the Terms

Sharing is a deliberate decision.

A published demo or website embed is made to be viewed and shared. Models and images delivered to a browser may be downloaded, captured, or extracted. Keep confidential source files out of public experiences, and agree which materials are approved for publication before launch.

Discuss project access

Account access and public viewers are different.

Client Access uses sign-in and approved project permissions. Creating an account does not automatically grant access to a project. These account controls do not make a published viewer private. If your experience needs restricted viewing or a particular identity integration, ask us to confirm what we can support before you purchase.

Understand the data lifecycle.

We handle contact details, account information, project files, and communications as described in our Privacy Policy. Ask us about returning or deleting your information when a project ends. Retention depends on the project and applicable obligations; some records may need to be kept. Do not assume that closing an account immediately removes every project or business record.

Visibility into service providers.

Our current service uses Netlify for application hosting and delivery, Supabase for database and authentication, and Resend for transactional email. We rely on these providers alongside our application’s access controls. A provider’s security credentials do not mean REALGINE has the same certification. See our Privacy Policy for how information may be shared with service providers.

Agree sensitive requirements first.

REALGINE is an early-stage business providing hosted product experiences and scoped project services. Before sending unreleased designs, regulated information, or confidential files, discuss the requirements and agree an appropriate handoff with us. An NDA addresses confidentiality; it does not by itself add technical protections. Specialized controls, support commitments, and data-handling requirements need separate review and written agreement.

SECURITY QUESTIONS & REPORTING

Talk directly with us.

For a security question or suspected vulnerability, email us with “Security” in the subject. Include the affected page, a short description, and the steps needed to understand the issue. Send only the minimum information needed; do not email passwords, access tokens, confidential files, or other people’s personal information.

Please do not access another customer’s data or disrupt the service. This reporting contact does not authorize security testing or establish a bug-bounty program or response-time guarantee.
